This is essentially a thank you podcast episode because I am so elated to have you, listeners!
I know I haven’t made it easy. I can’t seem to live on a set schedule for publishing (to name just one shortcoming) right now. The thing is, my life and mindset, aside from client deadlines, is deadline-free.
Maybe after being at the mercy of an unset but also unsettling constant on-the-go work world for so long, I am revolting! I like doing my thing on whatever schedule I want. I’m not slowing down any, though.
There are BIG BIG THINGS in the workings right now and I am mostly feeling grateful so I am saying so to you in this show.
I also plug my next show and as you will hear, it was taped in the summertime!! So, you see I have materials, topics, and content ready to go at my whatever schedule and pace!
Can You Keep a Secret?
This isn’t coming out until the next podcast post, but since it’s already live as I am writing this, I’m going to say it here. Cause I’m excited!! Good news for listeners, too. Absolutely!!

My other secret (I hope this won’t disappoint anyone) is I am having second, third, and fourth thoughts about going with LibSyn for the podcast, per plan.
I want to love LibSyn because, like me, they are home in Pittsburgh. They are known to be the best-in-the-business and have a great, long-standing reputation. The Marketing Companion and other fav podcasts use them.
I think I’m confused or maybe still a little too technically underwhelming in my abilities. Either way, I’m not feeling the love to move to LibSyn.
Again, my technological stupidity may be the hangup but I am not understanding the instructions as they offer them. It seems like there’s a missing piece going unanswered for me. Or maybe I am just NOT connecting the dots somehow.
Whatever the case, I am moving forward and sticking for now with Anchor, who put me on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Breaker, and a bunch more places already. (NOTE-to-self: Add all the places MSSYBiz is found to this site!)
Thinking
I really like using the Anchor app. It’s free and easy to use, and now, you can even monetize right within the platform. I’m not doing that yet as I am still building my audience, and the podcast isn’t my main “gig” either.
Still, I am working to build and grow the MIX/SIZZLE & SHAKE Your Business (MSSYBiz) Podcast, and this website, slowly and consistently. The same exact way I built my main website. And a couple of businesses, so far.
I am saying thank you. And also, I am inviting you back. Finally, I am just letting you know I am always doing the best I can in whatever I create and I keep learning as I go.
